Coconut curry smoothie
Makes 500g.
Ingredients:
- 250ml coconut water
- 125g mango
- 20g spinach leaves
- 40g Unflavored & Unsweetened Huel
- 3 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes or shredded coconut
- Pinch of chilli flakes
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
