Huel Subscription Guide
Introduction
Huel subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also pause deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform lots of other actions with your subscription at any time.Continue reading to learn how to do the following:
Create a subscription
To create a subscription, simply visit any of our Huel product pages and:
Choose “Subscribe – 20% off”
Select the flavors and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to each flavor
Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 4 weeks
Click on Subscribe
This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
Create an account
To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Huel account.You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.
Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your Huel account.
Go to our account page. You can also access this page via the top navigation or hamburger menu on mobile
Click on the black "create account" button
Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Password)
Tick the box on the reCAPTCHA page to confirm you’re not a robot
You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription. You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive, and much more.
Your account overview page
Now you’re in your Huel account area.
You have quick access to the main functionalities of the account at the centre of the screen.
Your upcoming delivery – in the blue box, a quick summary of your next delivery
Subscriptions – manage your existing subscriptions. This is the main hub where you can change all aspects of your subscription. Learn more about how to manage your subscription
On the left-hand side of the screen on desktop or at the top of the screen on mobile, you will also see:
Subscriptions- a list of all your active subscriptions
Upcoming deliveries- a list of all your future deliveries, ordered by date
Order history – view your previous orders and subscriptions
Referrals– refer your friends and you both get $15 off on your next order over $66
Payment methods– manage your payment methods. Add, remove, and set as preferred
Sign out– log out of your account
Manage your subscription
This menu enables you to change all aspects of your subscriptions.
Edit subscription
This function enables you to:
Change the quantities and flavors of products in your subscription
Change the next delivery date of your subscription - i.e. when your next order of Huel will be dispatched
Change the delivery interval of your subscription- change how often you receive your Huel orders
Change the delivery address- choose where you want to receive your Huel delivery
Pause
Put your subscription on hold, for example if you are going on holiday, or have enough Huel to last you a bit longer. You will be able to resume your subscription at any point from the same menu when you want to receive your Huel again.
Cancel
If you would like to stop receiving a certain product, you can cancel a subscription anytime. Just click Cancel select a cancellation reason, and confirm.
Add a one-time product
If you want to try a new Huel product you just heard about, or need a new shaker, or one of those cool new T-shirts, you can add it to your next upcoming delivery without subscribing to it.
Manage your upcoming delivery
This menu shows the next deliveries of Huel that are coming your way. The deliveries are ordered by date, and grouped by delivery date, so you will have a clear view of what is in every Huel delivery box coming your way. Similarly to subscriptions, you can manage all aspects of your upcoming deliveries.
Change delivery date
If you'd like to change the delivery date of your next order, click Edit and select your next delivery date from the top section.
Manage your subscription
If your next delivery contains a subscription, you can manage all its aspects just like in the "Your subscriptions" section above.
Remove one-time items
If your next delivery contains a one-time item which you no longer want to receive, you can remove it by simply clicking Remove next to it.
Add a discount code
If you have a discount code, you can add it to your next delivery by simply typing it in the dedicated box.
