What is Huel?
Huel is not just food, but nutritionally complete food. Each meal of Huel contains a balance of nutrients including carbohydrates, essential fats, protein, and fiber, as well as 27 essential vitamins and minerals and other essential nutrients.
All Huel products are vegan, GMO-free, and lactose-free. Our standard Powder, now with gluten-free oats, is naturally gluten-free, eliminating the need for a separate gluten-free version. However, Essential Powder and some Hot & Savory, like those with pasta varieties, still contain gluten.
Which Huel should I choose?
Huel comes in various different formats.
- Powder and Black Edition (low-carb, high-protein) are our powdered meals made with fine oats, peas, rice, coconut, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds.
- Hot & Savory are a tasty meal made with real whole ingredients like rice, quinoa and vegetables.

- Daily Greens is a superfood greens powder that fits seamlessly into your morning to provide comprehensive health benefits.
- Ready-to-drink is a smooth and delicious meal in a bottle.

How do I prepare a Huel meal?
Couldn’t be easier!
- Powder and Black Edition: add 500ml water to the free shaker, add 2 scoops (100g), shake. Find out more
- Hot & Savory: add 2 scoops (100g) to the free pot, add 210ml boiling water, cover and wait 5 minutes. Find out more
- Daily Greens: add 250ml water to the Daily Greens Bottle, add one scoop (15g), shake
- Complete Protein: add 300ml water to your shaker, add one scoop (29g) of Complete Protein, shake.
Bars and Ready-to-drink need no preparation. Just take them with you and have them on the go!
Can Huel help me with my weight?
Although Huel is not specifically designed as a diet product, it can certainly assist with weight loss, gain, or maintenance. By using Huel, you can easily track the number of calories you consume each day. If you consume fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight, and if you consume more, you will gain weight.

Well, that’s kinda up to you :) Once you’ve picked the perfect Huel for you, the possibilities are endless!
Get used to it, then make it a habit
Whatever you do, it's important to gradually increase your Huel intake to let your body adapt to changes in your diet. Begin with one Huel meal a day and gradually increase the frequency to one additional meal every 3-5 days until you find your perfect balance.
Once you achieve this balance, make it a part of your routine! You don't have to consume Huel all of the time, as most Hueligans choose to have it for breakfast and/or lunch during the week.
